Frank Kilner's Volunteer Blazer from the 1985 BC Summer Games finds its way home at the 2014 BC Summer Games.

Hosting the largest events in Nanaimo in more than a decade was no small task.  More than 3,200 volunteers were recruited for the 2014 BC Summer Games; nearly one volunteer for every athlete.
