Vancouver-Squamish (Zone 5) won gold and the Fraser Valley (Zone 3) won silver in the women’s high jump.

As the sun beat down on athletes and spectators at the 2014 Summer Games in Nanaimo, team members from Vancouver-Squamish (Zone 5) took their places on the podium, ready to receive their medals for outstanding efforts.

The Vancouver Island-Central Coast (Zone 6) girls dominated in synchronized tier 2/3 level figures taking home five of the top ten places in figures competition.

The Zone 3 (Fraser Valley) men and women athletes took home gold medals in each of the canoe and kayak slalom events.

Marcus Athans from the Thompson-Okanagan (Zone 2) is a water skiing triple threat.

It was the Thompson-Okanagan (Zone 2)  that took the first gold of the towed water sport section of the BC Summer Games at Quamichan Lake in Duncan.
