2018 BC Winter Games legacy benefit to coaches in the region.

The BC Games Society is please to present our 2018 Year in Review - a publication highlighting the 40th Anniversary celebrations.

Kamloops’ sporting community has received an influx of capital after the Kamloops 2018 BC Winter Games Legacy Celebration where close to $60,000 from the Games Legacy Fund was allocated.

After four days of exciting action, the 2018 BC Winter Games wrapped up in Kamloops.  Over 1200 athletes competed in 19 sports at venues throughout Kamloops and Sun Peaks representing their home zones with determination and pride.

Kamloops gymnast Rebecca Wharton was presented with the W.R. Bennett Award for Athletic Excellence by the Honourable Judith Guichon, Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia at the Closing Ceremony of the 2018 BC Winter Games.
