In partnership with viaSport, the BC Games Society offers the opportunity for sports to build capacity of coaching leaders in their sport through the development of key mentors. 

A Master Mentor is contracted by viaSport to provide support to sport-specific mentor coaches, providing Provincial Sport Organizations (PSOs) with the opportunity to identify a Coach Mentor that will be assigned to work with one or more apprentice coaches or selected zone coaches leading up to and during the 2022 BC Summer Games.

The program will support up to 10 Coach Mentors and will attempt to support as many sports as possible.

Applications from Provincial Sport Organizations are now being accpeted with a deadline of March 15, 2022. The program will begin at the end of March with a welcome webinar.
