Six athletes and five coaches who previously competed at the BC Games or for Team BC at the Canada Games are part of Canada's contingency at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics.

Canadian athletes with experience competing at the BC Winter or BC Summer Games, or for Team BC at the Canada Games played a part in 6 of Team Canada's 24 medals at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Eleven of Team Canada's 51 BC Games and Team BC alumni came home with hardware, while many more inspired the nation with memorable performances.
