YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Travel arrangements have been made on your behalf by the BC Games Society, as requested by your Provincial Sport Organization representatives. This may include charter bus or flight transportation to and/or from the Games. All Games participants MUST log into to the BC Games Participant website to print their custom travel itinerary. A letter will be sent by mail to all registered Games participants and is expected to arrive by July 5, 2022. This letter will contain a username and password to access the BC Games Participant website which contains your custom travel itinerary to/from the Games.

If you are making your own way to the Games, please check with your Coach, Zone Representative, or Provincial Advisor to confirm what time you are expected to arrive at your accomodation site. Even though you are making your own way to the Games, it is important to know when you need to arrive at the accommodation site in order to connect with the rest of your zone team.

PARTICIPANT ACCREDITATION PROCESS
Every Games participant must be accredited in person by the end of day, Wednesday, July 20, 2022. No one will be permitted to pick up the accreditation package for another Games participant.

Upon arrival at the Games, Games volunteers and your coach will lead you through the accreditation process. You will be given your accreditation badge. This piece of Games identification must be worn at all times and is your ticket to accommodation, meals, transportation, and special events. You will also be provided with a customized Bus & Meal Schedule which outlines your scheduled movements for the entire Games, as well as your Sport Schedule which details competition information.

GAMES ACCOMMODATION
After you are accredited and have received your accreditation badge, you may enter the accomodation site. You are responsible for taking all of your luggage with you. Meals will be arranged for those participants who have arrived at the Games over a meal period.

All Games participants under the age of 19 must stay in Games accommodation.

You will stay with other participants in your sport at your designated accomodation site. Classrooms are used as dormitories. You will need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow; we will provide a BC Games foamie to serve as your bed.

Head coaches, assistant coaches, and adult supervisors are expected to travel on Games transportation with their athletes, must stay in Games accommodation with their team, and are expected to supervise their team throughout the Games. These caring adults are responsible for the actions of their athletes.
