The BC Games Society hosted 31 Provincial Sport Organization partners at a meeting to review and discuss operations, policies, and practices of the BC Summer and BC Winter Games.

On October 17, the Canada Games Roly McLenahan Torch arrived in Victoria officially starting the British Columbia leg of the 2015 Canada Winter Games Torch Relay.
