This whole family lives and breathes volleyball. Mom, Carol, and Dad, Ryan, are both coaches, and Dad also coached at the Canada Games. Sons Brodie and Tyson both play the game. Coming to the Games is like a family reunion for them - meeting people that mom and dad went to school with. They feel like they're living the dream!

Cheanne is at the Games to support her son, Adam Einarson. She says their team has been pushing hard for their wins. The most memorable part of the Games so far has been seeing her son and his friends making responsible choices on their own. She feels privileged to be part of the Games.

Niki is here supporting her daughter, volleyball player Maya Kearl. Niki is sleeping in a tent at the Beehive Campground in Mill Bay. Her most memorable moment so far was when close to 3000 kids were getting organized and on buses - the excitement was contagious and spilling over! Daughter Maya has been working hard all year with her team and private trainer and it's great to see her hard work pay off.
