The Cowichan Valley Regional District announced the group of community leaders who will develop the vision, planning and organization for the Cowichan 2018 BC Summer Games.

Eight BC Games alumni were recognized with the Community Sport Hero Award in Abbotsford.

The BC Games Society recognized Bev Viger of Abbotsford with the Presidents Awards as part of the annual Athlete of the Year Awards founded by Sport BC.

The Abbotsford 2016 BC Summer Games is now accepting applications for approximately $150,000 of funds available through the Games Legacy Fund.  Deadline is March 31 at 4:00pm.
