Prince George was awarded the 2022 BC Summer Games after a bid process in 2017. With past Games experience including the 1981 BC Winter Games and the 1990 BC Summer Games as well as Canada Games and 55+ BC Games, Prince George has a rich history of hosting. The community and volunteers are energized and ready to stage Games for athletes, coaches, and officials from across the province.
