The sport venues for the 18 sports involved in the Maple Ridge 2020 BC Summer Games have been set. 

The BC Games Society has issued three separate Requests for Proposals for a bus services coordinator, a medals supplier, and a merchandise contractor.  All RFPs are posted on BC Bid.

The BC Games Society was honoured to recognize Darcy Patterson from the British Columbia Rugby Union with a Sport BC Presidents' Award for her unfailing support of Women’s Rugby and leadership in building the sport.  

BC Games alumni made up 55% of Team BC and contributed to 59% of Team BC's medals at the 2019 Canada Winter Games.

February 20th marks one year until the 2020 BC Winter Games in Fort St. John.  It has been over 35 years since Fort St. John last hosted the Games and up to 1,700 participants and 1,800 volunteers will be involved.

Team BC is ready to take on the best athletes in the country at the 2019 Canada Winter Games which open in Red Deer on February 15.  56% of Team BC are BC Games alumni having previously competed at the BC Winter or BC Summer Games.
