Neal is a Packaging and Software Deployment Coordinator at Domtar. His multi-sport games volunteer experience includes; Chair of Results and the Chair of Computer Services for the 2013 Seniors Games, Co-Chair of Results for the 2011 Western Canada Games and the 1993 Canada Games. Neal is married to Shelly and they have a 19-year-old son Bradley.
He shares his upcoming insight on the Games coming to Kamloops in February 2018.
