In field lacrosse action on Friday, Fraser Valley won over Vancouver Coastal with a score of 13-5.
In other action, Fraser River dominated Cariboo North-East 18-1, and Vancouver Coastal narrowly put away Thompson-Okanagan 7-6. Cariboo North-East suffered another big defeat, 20-1, to Vancouver Island-Central Coast.
Later in the day, Fraser Valley picked up another win, 13-7 against Thompson-Okanagan.
