The BC Games Society welcomes new Marketing and Engagement Manager

The BC Games Society would like to welcome Justine Johnson to the team as our new Marketing and Engagement Manager. Justine brings years of experience working for multiple sport organizations and a proven track record of success in marketing and communications.

Justine has had held various communications roles at the Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation Council of BC, Sport for Life Society and most recently, the Victoria Hospitals Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington where she competed as a scholarship athlete on the cross country and track and field team.

She is grateful to join the BC Games Society team and is excited to work with the talented and dedicated BC Games volunteers.

“I am thrilled to join the BC Games Society and am thankful for the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the Team BC and Games experience,” said Johnson.

As the BC Games Marketing and Engagement Manager, Justine will provide marketing and communications expertise to the Society.  A key component of the position is to maximize exposure opportunities locally, provincially and nationally. In addition, she will work directly with volunteers to manage components of the BC Winter and BC Summer Games and Team BC.
