BC Games rugby athletes add to Canada's medal tally at Pan American Games

At the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, Canada's Rugby women's team won gold with a 24-10 win over the United States while the men won the silver medal with a 10-33 loss to Argentina. 

Caroline Crossley (Victoria) is an alumni for the 2012 BC Summer Games and now has a Pan American gold medal around her neck. 

Silver medals were handed out to Nathan Hirayama (Richmond, 2004 BC Summer Games; Harry Jones (West Vancouver), 2004 BC Summer Games; Luke McCloskey (Cranbrook) 2006 BC Summer Games; Brennig Prevost (Victoria) 2012 BC Summer Games and Joshua Thiel (Victoria) who competed in the 2010 BC Summer Games. Congratulations to all!
