The BC Games Society is requesting proposals for financial audit services for the BC Games Society and for the BC Winter and BC Summer Games.
A contract will be awarded to conduct five annual audits for the BC Games Society for the fiscal year end March 31, 2021 through to the fiscal year end March 31, 2025 as well as audits for four host societies (2022 and 2024 BC Winter Games and 2022 and 2024 BC Summer Games).
The BC Games Society office is located in the Victoria, BC. When conducting the BC Games Society audits, the auditor may come into the office to review files and documents or the review of files and documents may be done electronically via the BC Games Society’s file sharing site. The records for the host society audits will be shipped to the auditor; there is no requirement for the auditor to travel to the Games communities.
The closing date for submissions is 2:00 pm September 4, 2020.
