The Maple Ridge 2020 BC Summer Games Society (“Society”) is seeking proposals from
experienced service contractors to submit a fee proposal to provide stage, audio,
lighting and video Services described in RFP Schedule 1 – Statement of Requirement.

Each Bidder to this RFP is expected to:
(i) fully inform themselves on all aspects of the work required to be performed;
(ii) submit its proposal on the template provided at RFP Schedule 2 – Proposal,
including the signed Declaration by Bidder at the end of Schedule 2; and
(iii) submit its proposal in accordance with RFP Schedule 1 – Statement of
Requirement.

Each Bidder, by submitting its proposal, agrees that the proposal is subject to the RFP
Schedule 1 & 2, and agrees to comply with those conditions. Acceptance of a proposal
will occur only when a contract is executed.

All Proposals become the property of the Society and are subject to the Freedom of
Information and Protection of Privacy Legislation.

The Society reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to accept the Proposal(s)
deemed most favorable in the interest of the Society. The lowest or any Proposal may
not necessarily be accepted and the Society will not be responsible for any cost incurred
by the Proponent in preparing the Proposal.
